Fluke starts operations in Rio de Janeiro and Parana

Brazilian MVNO Fluke is expanding its operations to the states of Rio de Janeiro and Parana, reports O Globo. The operator is using Vivo’s network infrastructure and Telecall’s MVNO platform. It targets young people aged 14 to 34, offering customized prepaid plans which start at BRL 2 per week. Above that amount, customers only pay what they effectively consume in voice and data traffic. 

From 7 December, Fluke will also be available in the state of Minas Gerais.
