Chandigarh, Nov 30 (UNI) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) state president and Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann on Monday said the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP in Delhi was extending all possible assistant to the agitating farmers, currently camping in the national capital Delhi, demanding withdrawal of the three central farm laws imposed by the Narendra Modi government at the Centre.

In such a situation, it becomes imperative for each and every citizen of the country to stand rock solid behind teeming millions of farmers, who is fighting for their rights amid the prevailing cold weather conditions. There is no denying the fact that the  Delhi government was the only one, which, under the visionary leadership of Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party were doing their duty by serving the agitating farmers".

Bhagwant Mann said the Kejriwal government in Delhi, realizing its moral  duty to extend all possible assistance to the struggling farmers, had put in place facilities, like putting medical teams on constant vigil, availability of ambulances, langar (community kitchen), drinking water through tankers and makeshift toilets for  farmers in the Delhi area. Mann added CM Arvind Kejriwal, had instructed all  party leaders, MLAs and volunteers, to rise above petty party politics, and extend a helping hand to the farmers in every possible way.
