Cable operator Multimedia Polska said it will to stop offering channels from broadcaster Telewizja Polsat from January. The company did not give a reason for dropping the popular broadcaster but said it would on providing alternatives.
From 01 Janaury, customers will no longer be able to access Polsat 2, Polsat News HD, Polsat Café HD, Polsat Play HD, Disco Polo Music, Polsat Sport, Polsat Sport Extra and Polsat Film HD. The operator said it will be forced to eventually stop showing all TV channels from Telewizja Polsat. More information on this will be provided by 20 December.
The company apologised to customers and said they had the right to cancel their contracts without penalty due to the changes.
