Dutch satellite TV provider Joyne is dropping its Plus package and will add some of the channels to its basic package, reports Broadcast Magazine. The price of the basic plan will remain EUR 22 per month based on an annual subscription.
The channels Travel XP, Crime+ Investigation, Meiden van Holland and Penthouse Gold will move from the Plus package to the basic plan from 01 December, while the channels Secret Circle and Penthouse Quickies will be dropped. Customers will no longer be charged the EUR 7.50 extra for the Plus package from December.
Joyne joined the market in 2017 as a rival to Canal Digitaal. It uses the Eutelsat 9B satellite.
