Key strategies of Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) are highlighted by NITI Aayog in a report suggesting that model is one of the best models in human resource development for India to emulate.
KITE made interventions in the field of education-by creating schools using information and communication technology ICT. It also made an effort to enable internet connectivity and e learning for children. For 16027 Government and aided, organisers have dispatched 3.74 lakh ICT equipment. Broadband internet was also provided to 12678 schools in the state.

By Samagra Online Resource Portal and Little KITEs IT clubs over 1.83 lakh teachers are specially IT trained. The Samagra Online Resource Portal Course, a part of Hi-Tech school project is also designed so that students of classes 5 to 9 can be trained through fun-filled activities.
Since June, the First Bell Digital Classes were aired through KITE VICTORS the educational channel. This model’s impact and contribution in wider public policy contexts is deemed useful why scale-up or cross adaptations.
