Sub: Final Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4), 11A and 11B (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Bishal Agri-Bio Industries Ltd.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20181011-6 dated October 11, 2018 on the captioned matter.

SEBI now, vide its Order No.  WTM/SM/ERO/ERO/9710/2020-21 dated November 27, 2020 has has inter-alia issued following directions:

·         Revoked the directions issued qua Noticee nos. 3, 4 and 7 vide interim order dated October 10, 2018 and the present proceeding is accordingly disposed of qua Noticee nos. 3, 4 and 7.

·         As regards Noticee nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6, it has already been held in para 13 of this order that directions issued vide the 2nd interim order dated October 10, 2018 cum SCN have become absolute and binding qua these Noticees.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
