Imphal, November 26 2020: The Directorate of Minority Affairs and Directorate for Welfare of OBC and SC have notified that application forms and guidance for availing State plan fund for minority, OBC and SC communities under Economic Development Programme (EDP) for agriculture, knapsack sprayer, poultry rearing and carpentry tools and Skill Development Programme (SDP) viz basic computer training, computer training and tally and mobile repairing for the year 2020-21 can be downloaded from the official websites of the Directorates www.manipurobcsc.gov.in and www.manipurminority.gov.in.

The form submission will start from 10 am of November 27 and the last date will be 2 pm of December 31, 2020 .

It further stated that forms will not be accepted on holidays and or outside the mentioned designated timings.

Also no beneficiary under this scheme in the last 5 years shall not be eligible to apply for these schemes, it added.
