Eligibility Criteria For CA Intermediate Direct Entry Scheme

I am Neha Jethwa, I recently completed my BCom from Mumbai University. I want to pursue Chartered Accountancy Course Through CA Intermediate Direct Entry Scheme. I have scored CGPA - 6.16 and the average percentage of all 6 semester marks comes to 54.60% i.e 2184/4000×100. Since the % is 54.50+ so if rounded up it comes to 55%. So am I eligible for CA Intermediate Direct Entry Scheme? I just want a confirmation so that I can register myself because after registration there is no refund of the registration fees.
And also If I am eligible I have my online generated marksheet of last semester not the physical marksheet so can I upload online marksheet or should get provisionally register?
