Whether Company secretary can sign Income tax return

If the Digital Signature of Director of the company is not available, whether Income tax return of the company can be up-loaded by digital signature of company secretary. Kindly advise. Similarly, if the digital signature of the trustee is not available, whether income tax return of the trust can be uploaded with digital signature of authorized signatory.
