Sachin Tendulkar loses his way in Mumbai lanes, Watch how Auto-Driver guides him; Watch Video

Sachin Tendulkar loses his way in Mumbai lanes : It is a rare sight to see the great Sachin Tendulkar forgetting something. But the unthinkable did happen. The Master Blaster on Wednesday, had shared a video of an incident in January this year, when he lost his way in Mumbai and “even navigation apps seemed clueless”.

The video was uploaded on his app 100MB. Sachin said that he “was driving around Kandivali, Mumbai”, but lost his way “due to so much of construction and one way.”

While the navigation apps were not of much help to him, an auto-rickshaw driver, Mangesh, came to his rescue. Talking in Marathi, the driver asks Sachin to follow him.

“He asked us to follow his auto-rickshaw and went out of his way travelling a couple of kilometres just to show us the alternate route. I look back and really appreciate Mangesh’s kindness and timely help. While technology has helped us navigate these tough times, the power of human connection and kindness is irreplaceable. Hope we get back to the normal days through our collective efforts soon!”

Meanwhile, is closely keeping an eye on Mayank Agarwal who is part of India’s all three format.

Sachin Tendulkar backs Mayank Agarwal to start in India vs Australia

For the first time in his career, Mayank Agarwal has been named in all three formats of the Indian squad in an overseas tour. He earned his spot in the Indian T20I side following an impeccable run in the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020.

Mayank garnered a massive 424 runs from 11 matches at a staggering strike rate of 156.45 for Kings XI Punjab. Along with KL Rahul, he formed the most promising opening pair of the tournament.

Mayank might face tough competition from KL Rahul, Shubman Gill for the opener’s spot in limited-overs but legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar believes he is a sure-shot starter for the Tests.

“Mayank, I know, is a confirmed starter because he has scored big runs and if Rohit is fit and available, then he should be there. Between other guys (Prithvi Shaw, KL Rahul), that will be the management’s decision as they would be knowing who’s the form man,” said Tendulkar in an interview with the PTI.
