ULHASNAGAR: The owner of a garage in Ulhasnagar, Hemant Popali (42) was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly beating up a cop who was about to tow away his two-wheeler parked “inappropriately” on the road, impeding flow of traffic.
Constable Jitendra Chavan and civic officials were taking action against garages when Popali allegedly beat him up and abused civic officials.
