Etisalat Group has announced the appointment of Dena Ali Al Mansoori as the new chief human resources officer, the first woman in Etisalat’s C-suite. She has over seventeen years of experience in using organisational behaviour, people science, and AI to help organisations make data-driven decisions in recruitment. She joins Etisalat as the company steps up its digitisation efforts on both the customer-facing side as well as in its internal processes.
Al Mansoori is the former chief HR officer of the Central Bank of the UAE and as of earlier this year, founder and CEO of her own HR tech company. She holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from Boston University
