Chennai, Nov 25 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation
(CBI) today conducted raids at various places in Bihar,
Tamil Nadu and Kerala in two separate cases registered
in connection with disproportionate assets and accepting
bribe cases.
CBI sources said the cases were registered against the
accused including Chief Engineer(Railways), Assistant
Director, India Tourism (Government of India) and others
related to possession of disproportionate assets and
other case for accepting bribe.
During searches, cash to the tune of Rs one crore,
documents related to investment, jewellery etc. have
been seized at the premises of accused, family members,
other private persons/suspects.
