Those making laws on 'Love Jihad' don't know meaning of love: Abhishek Mishra

Etawah, Nov 24 (UNI) Raising a question at the proposed 'Love Jihad' law of Uttar Pradesh's Yogi government, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and former Cabinet Minister Abhishek Mishra has said that those who don't know the meaning of love are talking about it and making laws on it.
Talking to media on Tuesday, Mr Mishra averred that the farmers and unemployed youth are worried under this government. All records of crimes have been broken. Women and daughters are unsafe. Crimes are at peak in every city and incidents of murders, loot and rapes have become frequent. There is 'jungle-raj' in the state.
The SP leader claimed that in the 2022 Assembly elections, the public will hand over the command of the state to Mr Akhilesh Yadav.
He said, "We people are going amongst the public with the developmental works done by the Samajwadi government. The people are about to change the 'Nizam' in the 2022 elections. Now, nobody can stop Akhilesh Yadav from becoming the Chief Minister."
Mr Mishra said there is no call for the Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh yet, but despite this, discussions have already started on the name of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav as the new Chief Minister of the state. The common man, angry with the anti-people policies of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in the state, has once again started expecting a Samajwadi government in the state.
