Thunderstorms are forecast for Limpopo and Mpumalanga on Wednesday, otherwise a cool to warm day is expected throughout the country, according to the South African Weather Service.

Yellow warning (L2) for severe thunderstorms over Limpopo as well as the Highveld of Mpumalanga, with possible impacts of localised flooding of low-lying areas and bridges, including susceptible roads.

The western half of the Eastern Cape will be cloudy along the coast and adjacent interior, otherwise fine and cool.

The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly becoming light easterly in the afternoon.
KwaZulu-Natal will be cloudy and cool but cold in the south-west with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the west.
