JAMMU: Kamal P. Patnaik on Monday took over the charge as the new Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India for the UTs of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Before joining RBI Jammu, he was Chief General Manager (O-I-C) at RBI, Kochi Office. Thomas Mathew, former Regional Director has been transferred from Jammu and has taken over charge as Chief General Manager, Department of Regulation, Central Office, RBI, Mumbai.
