PUBG Mobile Global Championships : India will not be taking part in the biggest PUBG Mobile tournament in the world. The PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2020 Season Zero is the second global event which India will be missing out on. This is due to the ban on Indian players by Tencent from their tournaments. The Pro league of South Asia was also missed by the Indian region for the same reason which saw a low viewership for the tournament.
India is soon to get its own version of the game, then it can officially take part in the global circuit of the PUBG Moible game.
The PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2020 Season Zero, aka the PMGC 2020 features an overall prize pool of $2,000,000. The league stage carries a prize pool of $769,000, while the league finals takes up the remaining $1,231,000 purse.
2 Million dollars make it the biggest PUBG Mobile tournament to ever take place!
The tournament is set to take place in 4 days with all the slots having been filled, the tournament which has 24 teams participating has the highest representation from Thailand and 2nd highest from Nepal. Last year India had the highest number of teams that participated in the PMCO Fall Split and its Global Finals. Hopefully we get to see Indian teams in the next big PUBG Mobile tournament.
