India's Foreign Secretary Harshvardhan Shringla will leave for a two-day visit to Nepal this week. During this time he will hold talks with his Nepalese counterpart Bharat Raj Paudayal and discuss broad areas of bilateral cooperation.

Shringla is going there at the invitation of Foreign Secretary Paudayal. Nepal's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday that the Indian Foreign Secretary will make an official visit to the Himalayan country on November 26-27. A statement issued by the ministry said that there will be a bilateral meeting between the foreign secretaries of the two countries on the first day of the visit. During this time, cooperation between Nepal and India in various fields will be discussed.
