Neither Norlys nor Waoo has been forthcoming with any comment after the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 20 November, according to an excerpt from an article on the Computerworld.dk website. It said Norlys had called the EGM to learn about Waoo's decision to terminate the contract of its CEO, Jorgen Stensgaard.
Waoo had announced on 26 October that it had uncovered financial transactions that were incompatible with him holding the role of CEO. Computerworld.dk says the sudden firing is surrounded in mystery, as there is complete silence following EGM.
