Imphal West commando conducts search operation

Imphal, November 22 2020:
A team of Imphal West district commando, as a part of their routine security and preventive measure, conducted a cordon and search operation at Singjamei Chingamakha and surrounding area this morning.
The cordon and search operation was conducted under the supervision of L Amarjit Additional SP Operation and led by Inspector P Achouba OC Imphal West commando.
During the operation, more than 100 houses were searched and more than 170 individuals including 15 persons (belonging to different underground outfits) on bail, were verified.
No one was, however, detained during the search operation.
