Russian operator Beeline has expanded sales of eSIMs. Customers can activate an eSIM in 71 shops of the retail chain reStore in 11 major cities across the country, including Moscow and St Petersburg. The option has also become available in eleven branded shops of Apple.
The option was earlier launched in Beeline's own 1,400 shops.
Beeline is also offering customers optional remote eSIM activation. Customers can obtain authorisation on the electronic government portal for this if the live in Moscow, St Petersburg, Kazan, Rostov, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Kemerovo, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Saratov, Nizhny-Novgorod, Krasnodar, Voronezh, Novosibirsk and others.
