No Ray Tracing Support for AMD GPU's at Launch in Cybperunk 2077

AMD GPUs won’t have Ray Tracing support in Cyberpunk 2077 at launch

Community Lead ‘Marcin Momot‘ for Cyberpunk 2077 has confirmed that AMD GPUs will not have Ray Tracing support at launch. While there was no viable reason provided as to why this happened, there is nothing to worry about since CD Projekt Red is actively working with AMD to make your visit to Night City shiny as ever!

Cyberpunk 2077 recently released its detailed System Requirements for the Ray Tracing supported systems. Newer Cards like the RTX 3080 is already on the list, which means the game will require a lot of GPU power for full Ray Traced 60fps gameplay. In fact, even the RTX 2080Ti Cybperunk Edition is not present in the requirement listing for 1440P Ray Traced Experience. As for the AMD Cards, there is no listing in the Ray Tracing Section yet. We will need to wait to see how well AMD Cards handle Ray tracing effects
