The other nominated contestants this week were Rubina Dilaik, Jasmin Bhasin, Eijaz Khan, Nikki Tamboli and Kavita Kaushik. Jaan, who survived in the house for seven weeks, had an emotional departure, leaving most of the contestants teary-eyed, mainly his close friends Nikki Tamboli and Eijaz Khan.
After Jaan’s exit, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Kavita Kaushik, Eijaz Khan, Pavitra Punia, Rahul Vaidya and Nikki Tamboli are competing for the Bigg Boss 14 trophy.
Jaan Kumar Sanu is the youngest son of legendary playback singer Kumar Sanu. Jaan, whose real name is Jayesh Bhattacharya, was also the youngest contestant in the house and the first contestant in the history of Bigg Boss to be introduced before the premiere night. Before entering the show, Jaan had said, “Bigg Boss is watched by millions, and it will be a great opportunity for me to reach out to them. Yes, I am Kumar Sanu’s son, but I have my own identity and personality. I am much more than just being his son. I want the audience to love me for who I am.”
In a candid conversation with Eijaz Khan, Rahul Vaidya asks him if he has ever come close to the prospect of getting married. Eijaz replied, "2015 mein. It was supposed to happen. Ek maheene pehle it ended. Dress aa gaya tha, sab ho gaya tha. Dimag hatt gaya tha mera. Uski galti nahi thi, dono ki galti thi. Barabar decision liya usne. Kind of mutual tha, lekin barabar tha. I don’t think any of us were ready for that, fundamental issues solve nahi the, phir mein phat gaya cheezon ko leke, she left.”
VJ Andy, in support of Kavita Kaushik, tweeted, "She did not abuse Aly Goni's father. She said a dialogue that's in many movies. Aly Goni's reaction was way over the top. Bigg Boss 2020's new man-child."

In a conversation with indianexpress.com, Aly Goni said, "I want to test my self-control in the show. From childhood, I have been very aggressive, and have indulged in many fights even in school. I have calmed down a lot over the years. Also, I tend to abuse a lot, so I want to see how much will I be able to control. This would be a good opportunity to know my threshold."
Jaan Kumar Sanu says Aly Goni's entrance in Bigg Boss 14 changed the show entirely. In an interview to indianexpress.com, Jaan said, "Everybody in the house has a dual personality. The kind of talks I had with Aly, it was really from the heart, and whatever he said, helped me up my game in the show. However, now that I am out, I have realised he had been talking some really mean things about me behind my back. I think this bond was also just from my side. As for his presence, I think his entry has changed the entire show. To put someone as chaotic and loudmouth as Aly was bound to ruffle some feathers. He also brought the true faces of some contestants to the fore."
In the recent promo of Bigg Boss 14, Aly Goni can be seen reacting towards Kavita Kaushik in an aggressive manner. Reacting on the same, Kamya Punjabi tweeted, "Last year two people of same gender was fighting with same intensity same aggression verbally n physically both! But this is different as we can all see so pls lets not compare! I m waiting for the episode tonite"
During a task today, Aly Goni will get aggressive against Kavita Kaushik.
Bigg Boss will ask captain of the house Kavita Kaushik to punish Aly and Abhinav for breaking rules.
Upon his eviction, Jaan Kumar Sanu told indianexpress.com, "Honestly, even after what she did, she wanted to be friends with me, but I decided to move away. I really believed that we were becoming thick friends, but friendship is a very expensive word to be used in the house. I was aghast and so disappointed that she portrayed our friendship in this way. It was cheap and very dirty, and I can never forget the same. The kind of things that she did was really gross. I was being cordial with her as we were living in the same house." READ MORE
In today's episode of Bigg Boss 14, Aly Goni and Kavita Kaushik will get into a huge argument, which will take an ugly turn.
Bigg Boss 14 contestant Shardul Pandit, who was evicted from the reality show earlier this month, said he would love to be fiends with Abhinav Shukla. " I spent a lot of time with Rubina and Abhinav, and realised they are such great people. I would love to be friends with Abhinav even after the show. Apart from that, in a very short time, I really developed a close bond with Eijaz, and whenever he had an issue with Kavita, I would stand by him. I never thought I would bond so much with Nikki. Sharing a video on Instagram, Jaan Kumar Sanu said he will miss being in Bigg Boss house.
On Monday's episode of Bigg Boss 14, Rubina Dilaik was seen explaining to Abhinav Shukla that he should not get into nominations. Agreeing with Rubina's point, Kashmera Shah tweeted, "Watching Bigg Boss episode today I agreed with @RubiDilaik that #abhinavshukla should think about elimination and be worried. He seems so relaxed that one should let the audience decide."
Shefali Bagga feels everyone is targeting Kavita Kaushik. In a tweet, she mentioned, "Look how is everyone targeting Kavita Kaushik. Everyone has grown up but their thought process is still small. But one person has irritated everyone, so keep it up."
In Monday's episode of Bigg Boss 14, Kavita Kaushik saved Eijaz Khan from nominations. Praising her move, Kamya Punjabi said she is proud of Kavita. In a tweet, she mentioned, ""U deserve to be in the show " #KavitaKaushik to #EijazKhan proud of you meri jaan @Iamkavitak. Baaki sabki hassi unki takliff bhar bhar ke dikha rahi thi (Rest of the housemates tried to hide their true emotions behind their smile.)"
In Monday's episode of Bigg Boss season 14, housemates faced a nomination task like never before. Bigg Boss informed the contestants that each housemate will be responsible in deciding one of the contestants' fate in the reality show. By the end of the nomination process, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Eijaz Khan, Rahul Vaidya, Jasmin Bhasin and Pavitra Punia were nominated for evictions while Aly Goni and Nikki Tamboli were declared safe.
Kavita Kaushik, as the captain of the house, received a special power to swap one nominated contestant with one safe contestant. During the task, she promised Eijaz Khan that she will save him. Keeping her words, Kavita swapped Eijaz with Aly Goni. Kavita also stated that Eijaz deserved to be in the show. Kavita's decision left other contestants surprise.
