Heavy to very heavy rain likely to occur in SCAP, Rayalaseema: Met

Hyderabad, Nov 22 (UNI) Heavy to very heavy rain with isolated extremely heavy rain in Nellore district of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh on November 25 and 26, Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.
In a bulletin here, it said that the same situation will prevail in Chittoor district of Rayalaseema during the same period.
Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana on November 25 and 26.
Thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema on November 24, 25, 26 and in Telangana on November 25 & 26.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at one or two places or at many places or at most places in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam during the next five days and in Rayalaseema on November 23, 24, 25, 26 and in Telangana on November 24, 25 & 26, the bulletin said.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and dry weather prevailed in Telangana and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours.
The lowest minimum temperature of 15.8 degree Celsius was recorded in Medak and 18.6 degree Celsius in Hyderabad of Telangana.

Arogyavaram in Rayalaseema recorded the lowest minimum the temperature of 14.5 degree Celsius on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the bulletin added.
