Producer David Guillod Sued for Assault From When He Was a Teenager
David Guillod has been accused but once more of assault, this time by an unnamed girl who mentioned the Hollywood producer attacked her once they have been in highschool.
According to a lawsuit filed on Thursday in New Jersey, the lady (who solely recognized herself as Jane Doe) mentioned she encountered Guillod at a celebration in 1985, when she was 16 and he was 18. The girl mentioned that she believed Guillod was intoxicated whereas on the celebration.
In the lawsuit, Doe mentioned she talked to Guillod for about 10 minutes. A short while later, she determined to stroll dwelling and mentioned that Guillod supplied to stroll her dwelling.

During the stroll, Doe mentioned that they came across a park that was “darker and more secluded” than some other a part of the stroll. That is when, Doe mentioned, Guillod pushed her “down onto the grass, pulled her shorts down around her ankles, and forcefully pinned her shorts and legs down onto the ground using his knees, shins, and/or feet.”
Doe mentioned that in this alleged assault, she screamed “Wait! Wait! Wait!” and “Stop! Stop! Stop!” at completely different occasions. She mentioned the alleged assault lasted about a minute earlier than Guillod grew to become upset and stopped. Doe mentioned that Guillod requested, “What is the problem?” earlier than finally leaving her.
The girl is suing for assault and battery, negligence, infliction of emotional misery, and false imprisonment. She is looking for unspecified damages.
A rep for Guillod declined to remark.

Guillod was charged in June with 11 counts of sexual assault. They’re based mostly on the accounts of 4 nameless Jane Does for incidents that occurred in 2012, 2014 and 2015. He pleaded not guilty to the fees and was launched on $1 million bail. If convicted on these prices, Guillod faces a potential sentence of 21 years to life in jail.
In October, Guillod was arrested again on prices associated to a completely different incident. He stays behind bars.
