Chandigarh, Nov 20 : TDI Infratech Ltd on Friday said it will invest Rs 100 crore in its latest offering Park Street project coming up in Mohali in Punjab.
The commercial project with a built-up area of 1.5 lakh sq ft will be delivered by December 2022, the company said in a statement.
The project is being developed as a retail, food and entertainment hub.
"This will be completely a lease model project with an endeavour to provide a better lifestyle," TDI Infratech Ltd Vice President (Commercial) Vimal Monga said.
