“Mental health issues have to rise to the top of any CHRO or CEO's agenda because unless their employees feel connected with the workplace or feel engaged in their work the employees cannot be productive. And in the long run, this is going to impact the result of the business,” Emily He, senior vice president, Oracle Cloud HCM, tell ET's Rica Bhattacharyya.
