In continuation to the Exchange’s circular No. LIST/COMP/OPS/ 16 /2019-2020 dated June 11, 2019, Notice no. 20190903-37 dated September 3, 2019 and Notice no. 20200303-40 dated March 03, 2020, Exchange had identified the companies which have failed to pay outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Trading Members are requested to note that on account of compliance with aforesaid requirement by the companies:

        I.                        The suspension in trading of equity shares of the below mentioned companies will be revoked w.e.f. Wednesday, November 25, 2020 and trading will be resumed to Normal Segment.

      II.                        The suspension in trading of equity shares of the below mentioned companies will be revoked w.e.f. Wednesday, November 25, 2020 and trading will be continued in Trade to Trade for other reason(s).

    III.                        No further action shall be taken against following company and trading in the securities of the Company would remain under suspension for other reason(s).
