Bajaj Healthcare Limited has declared interim dividend of Rs1.25 and special dividend Rs0.50 per equity shares of Rs10 each of the company in the board meeting held on Thursday.
The company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday that interim dividend and special dividend shall be paid on or before December 15, 2020 to the equity shareholders of the company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on December 1, 2020 which is the record date fixed for the purpose.
