    Zinc futures up on spot demand

    Synopsis

    ​​Analysts said fresh positions created by traders after positive demand from consumer industries supported prices here.

    Zinc contracts for November delivery rose by 40 paise, or 0.18 per cent, to Rs 220.75 per kg in 2,874 lots.
    Zinc prices on Thursday rose by 0.18 per cent to Rs 220.75 per kg in futures trade on firm spot demand.
