Bhumi Pednekar reacts to Kanpur gang-rape incident, calls it 'heartbreaking'

Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar recently reacted to the heinous gang-rape of a seven-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur. Resharing a news article on her Instagram story, the actress wrote, 'While we pray for the victory of good over evil, another little child was raped. Heartbreaking.' For the unversed, the girl had gone missing on the night of Diwali from Ghatampur area, and the latest reports in the investigations suggest that her lungs were removed to perform black magic, believing that it would help a woman give birth to a child.
