Aarvi Encon has received a contract of ~Rs10.47cr annually for providing Management, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services for Bina Dispatch Terminal (BDT) of BORL, Bina, District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. The contract is for a period of five years (60 Months) and the company will commence the work from February 1, 2021.
The company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that the aforesaid contract price has been fixed for the first year (12 months) and thereafter the contract prices from second year onwards will be computed based on CPI and/or WPI Indices as per tender conditions.
Total work order value will be more than Rs50cr in five years.
