Prez offers condolence over Vadodara road accident

New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind expressed sorrow over the deaths of 11 people in a road accident in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Extending condolences to the bereaved families, Mr Kovind said he was distressed to learn about the loss of lives in a tragic road accident in Vadodara, Gujarat.

"In this hour of grief, my thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families. I wish speedy recovery of the injured," he said in his message.

As many as 11 people died while 17 others sustained injuries in a collision between two trucks at the Waghodia Crossing Highway in Vadodara on Wednesday morning.
