Pfizer claims final trials of Covid-19 vaccine 95 per cent effective

Pharmaceutical firm Pfizer on Wednesday announced that the final results of its COVID-19 vaccine trial show the vaccine is 95 per cent effective. “We are proud to announce, along with @BioNTech_Group, that the Phase 3 study of our #COVID19 vaccine candidate has met all primary efficacy endpoints,” Pfizer announced on Twitter.
