Akash interacts with orphanage children

Actor-turned-politician Akash Dasnayak recently interacted online with children in a Damana-based ashram. The actor tried to cheer up the kids, who have been going through the stress of staying indoors owning to closure of schools and no outdoor activities or interactions.

“It was wonderful to interact with these kids, who were happy seeing me though it was a digital interaction. I shared stories from my past and told them the inspiring story of freedom fighter Bhagat Singh. They even asked me questions. It was a fun and exciting activity for me too,” said Akash.
He was also happy to see the kids happy and answering their innocent questions. After the storytelling session, the kids sang various songs and Akash also joined them. His team, however, visited the ashram and distributed sweets and toys among the children. “I have promised them that I will pay a visit once the situation becomes normal,” said the actor.
