Shimla, Nov 17 (UNI) Twelve people died and 584 people were found positive for Novel Coronavirus in the hill state on Tuesday, a state government spokesperson said here.
According to the state government health bulletin, 584 people tested positive in the state on Monday, including 200 in Shimla, 92 in Mandi, 70 in Kullu, 59 in Kangra 41 in Chamba, 32 in Una, 26 in Hamirpur, 24 in Solan, 21 in Kinnuar, 14 in Bilaspur, three in Sirmaur and two in Lahaul Spiti district.
Twelve deaths occurred due to COVID-19, increasing the toll to 454 in the state, including four in Mandi, three each in Shimla and Kullu, and one each in Kangra and Chamba.
The toll increased to 111 in Shimla, 88 in Kangra, 58 in Mandi, 44 in Solan, 48 in Kullu, 24 in Chamba, 20 Sirmaur, 18 each in Hamirpur & Una, 12 in Bilaspur, nine in Kinnaur and five in Lahaul Spiti.
The total tally went up to 30740 in the state, active cases increased to 6772 and recovered were 22484, while 22 migrated to other states.
