DMC&H staff given cash prize

Ludhiana, November 16

The Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust complimented doctors, nurses and ward boys of DMC&H for taking care of Covid patients 24x7 from Ludhiana and neighbouring areas, thus saving thousands of lives.

Rakesh Bharti Mittal, president, Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust, said, “I would like to compliment the staff of DMC&H for taking care of Covid patients. Indeed, their efforts and hard work resulted in saving thousands of lives.”

He said the trustees have decided to recognise the yeoman services of 20 faculty members and cash award of Rs1 lakh each to four coordinators, eight junior resident doctors, six nursing staff, six ward boys and support staff and three drivers of the DMC&H. —TNS
