Before Sibal, Bihar Congress veteran Tariq Anwar has also spoken about churning inside the party. After the Bihar election results, Tariq said there should be a churn inside the party. On the other hand, the RJD and the left parties of the Grand Alliance are also constantly targeting Congress.
