Springbok captain Siya Kolisi has sent his congratulations to Lewis Hamilton, who won his seventh Formula One world title on Sunday.
Hamilton showed all his class by winning the Turkish Grand Prix in difficult conditions, equalling Michael Schumacher as the most decorated driver in the history of Formula One.
Kolisi, who met Hamilton at this year's Laureus World Sports Awards in Berlin, took to Instagram to pay tribute to one of the greats.
" ... congrats for everything you’ve achieved so far, brother. Thanks for a being a great example and a great human!" Kolisi wrote.
"Thanks for using your voice and platform to help bring change, and still performing at your best through it all. Now kids from any background or race can dream about being a champ."
