Sandro Barros, a major reference in the Brazilian party fashion, will sell garments of his own brand Atelier Sandro Barros in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This will be the first time that Barros' pieces will be sold outside Brazil. Barros signed a deal with Aavva Fashion, the Dubai-based luxury studio, during the Arab Fashion Week last month.

Aavva Fashion is co-owned by designer Vincenzo Visciglia, a Dubai-based Brazilian architect, fashion designer and entrepreneur.

Atelier Sandro Barros has clients from Europe, Dubai and Angola who come to Brazil to try on the dresses. The fashion studio will now have a point of sale at Aavva in Dubai.

Barros was, for 10 years, the designer of Daslu Couture and in 2012 opened his own brand, Atelier Sandro Barros, in a house in the heart of São Paulo.

Barros' collections, with long awaited themes, reflect the stylist’s nomadic and artistic nature, visiting operas, exotic destinations, art collections, passion for porcelain, music and history. Every season, Barros adds a new expertise to the wardrobe that goes from day to night: leather pieces, exclusive prints, children’s clothing, the range is immense.
