BPCL net profit stood at Rs 22 billion for the quarter ended September 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 13 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 22.8% to Rs 659.1 billion during the period as against Rs 853.7 billion in July-September 2019.
For the year ended March 2020, BPCL reported 52.9% decrease in net profit to Rs 35.8 billion compared to net profit of Rs 75.9 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 3.3% to Rs 3,298 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of BPCL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 19.3x.
