Consumers will prefer domestic fashion brands over international ones in the next few years and there are very high chances of them shifting from luxury to need-based affordable shopping, resulting in buying products that are long-lasting and sustainable, according to Meghavi Suthar, founder of Kala Associates, a footwear and accessories brand.
“Considering that big events won't take place for a while, I'm planning to design footwear keeping intimate gatherings in mind,” Suthar told Fibre2Fashion in an interview.
