AHMEDABAD: 35-year-old man has lodged a complaint with Ramol police station that accused Sunil Patel of Vastral , who has "friendship" with his wife stormed into his house on Thursday and beat him up saying why he comes between the latter's wife and him. The complaint has also alleged that the accused threatened him that this time he has left but if he again comes in between him and his wife he will see to it.
The complaint who works as a manager in a private company in Maninagar has mentioned in the complaint that his wife had left the house on Wednesday evening saying she was going to the beauty parlour.
"According to the FIR, he suspected foul play as his wife returned late in the night and checked her phone. He found an unknown number in her phone. When he asked his wife about the number, his wife told him that he is her friend" said a police official.
The FIR mentions that on Thursday at about 1.30 pm, Patel stormed into his house in Vastral and started abusing the complainant saying why is he coming between him and the complainant's wife. As the complainant asked him to stop abusing him, the accused beat him up. However, as others of the locality and the complainant's wife intervened, the accused went away threatening him that this time he is letting him off but next time he will see him if he comes in between them.
Inspector of Ramol Police Station KS Dave said that they are probing the details of the FIR before acting against the accused.
