In the Bihar elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi proved to be a game-changer by taking out the victory of the opposition grand alliance. In the first election phase, the badly beaten NDA not only managed to withstand anti-incumbency against CM Nitish but also managed to reverse the stance with the help of PM Modi's face and central schemes in the next two phases. In spite of defeat, Tejashwi proved his leadership iron despite Nitish being weak in the whole battle. Yes, Chirag Paswan illuminated the house of the BJP by burning his house in this whole fight. The LJP came down from one seat to one.

Nitish also supports Modi

In fact, there was a lot of resentment among the voters in the state against Nitish and especially his third term. The resentment was that even pro-BJP voters were not ready to vote in favor of JDU. Meanwhile, PM Modi took the front and started giving factual blows to the stunning populist declarations, along with airing the issue of Jungle Raj.

Tejashwi was reminded of the Lalu Rabri reign of the people of the state by describing him as the crown prince of Jungle Raj. Sensing the situation, the NDA made Modi the face. In many rallies, Nitish himself was seen seeking votes in the name of Modi. Due to this, the anti-incumbency against Nitish suddenly appeared in the second and third phases.

Central Plans and Role of Women

Central schemes and women played an important role in maintaining the NDA power. In the coronary period, the impact of sending money in the female account holders of Jan Dhan Yojana, free food grains program, lakhs of toilets, and free LPG connection distributed in the same number was visible on the ground. Earlier, the NDA had benefited from Nitish's liquor ban scheme, reservation for women in panchayat elections.

Increased strength of leftists

The special thing in the election is the increase in the strength of the Left. In this election, the Left parties with the Grand Alliance did better than the RJD by winning 16 of the 29 seats of their own. In the last election, CPI-ML won 4 seats in the Left parties.
