CIRCLE PINES, Minn. (AP) _ Northern Technologies International Corp. (NTIC) on Thursday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $1.8 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Circle Pines, Minnesota-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for pretax expenses, came to 1 cent per share.
The rust and corrosion prevention company posted revenue of $10 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $1.3 million, or 15 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $47.6 million.
Northern Technologies shares have declined 30% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 16% in the last 12 months.
