- BSE Sensex is trading at 43,325.91 down 267.76 points or 0.61%.
- Nifty50 is currently trading at 12,684.25 down 64.90 points or 0.51%. Nifty Bank is trading down 1.34% at 28,459.20 while Mid-cap Index is up by 0.24%.
- Shree Cement, Sun Pharma, Cipla, Divis Lab and Hindalco are the top gainers while Coal India, Kotak Bank, ONGC, ICICI Bank and State Bank of India are the top losers.
- Nifty Pharma stocks (above 1.5%) continue to be bullish with media stocks proving support by trading 1% higher. Banking and Financial Services remain bearish.
- Out of 50 stocks traded on the NSE, 22 advanced and 28 declined.
