Actress Bhumi Pednekar is among the very few B-Town celebs who have been continuously working towards protecting the environment. With Diwali round the corner, Bhumi has initiated another innovative step that will not only help in keeping the festive spirits high but also in conserving nature. The actress has been gifting saplings to her industry friends and colleagues this festive season. Elaborating further, Bhumi said that she is spreading green joy this Diwali. Bhumi, who calls herself a climate warrior, added that she wanted to change the way she gifts her loved ones and that's when she decided to gift saplings in an earthen pot in 100% biodegradable jute packages. The actress feels more people will be encouraged to save the planet by opting for eco-friendly gifts.
