Due to the continuous increase in the number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks in the country, active cases are decreasing rapidly and now the number of them has come down from five lakhs, which was more than 1 million in September last. In most states of the country where cases of corona infection are steadily decreasing, their growth in Delhi and Kerala has become a matter of concern. A record of 7,83,000 cases were reported in Delhi on Tuesday and 6,100 in Kerala.
According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, on Tuesday, 50,226 people became healthy across the country, taking the number of people who have defeated the epidemic to about 8.14 million. During this period, the number of active cases has been reduced by 6,557 to 4.94. At the same time, the number of infected people increased to more than 86.36 lakhs due to 44,281 new cases. During this period, the death toll of 512 patients has increased to 1,27,571.
The rate of healthy people in the country is 92.79, the death rate is 1.48 and the rate of active cases is 5.73 percent.
During the last 24 hours, the number of healthy cases in Maharashtra was higher than the new cases of infection, due to which the active cases decreased by 3,037 to 93,400. At the same time, with the death of 110 patients, the death toll in the state has increased to 45,435. So far, 15.88 lakh people have beaten Corona in the state.
