LTS Investment Fund bought 32 lakh shares of Vikas EcoTech at Rs 4.70, while Nand Kishore Gard sold 22.75 lakh shares at the same price.
Earlier, the benchmark equity indices extended their gains for the eighth straight session, tracking largely positive cues from global markets and strong foreign fund inflows.
After touching its all-time peak of 43,708.47 during the session, the 30-share BSE Sensex settled 316 points or 0.73 per cent higher at around 43,594. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty touched a fresh intraday high of 12,769.75. It finished 118 points or 0.93 per cent up at its closing record of 12,749.15.
