Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Tuesday that the next three months could be challenging in terms of coronavirus infection, so let the authorities make no shortfall in the arrangements.

Gehlot said this in a review meeting from the capital to the block level on Tuesday. He said that Rajasthan has emerged as a model state in the country under the management of COVID-19 and our efforts have been appreciated in the country and the world but due to festive season, winter season, and pollution, the next three months from the point of view of the epidemic is extremely Can be challenging. In such a situation, the district administration, medical and other related departments should manage in the same manner as before and with full capacity so that the situation of the epidemic is not explosive in the coming days.

The Chief Minister said that in several countries including America, France, Britain, and Italy, coronavirus infection spread very fast in the second phase. Lockdown had to be imposed again in many countries. In our country too, there is a possibility of increasing infection in the coming time.

Because of this, the officials concerned should ensure all the arrangements in all the districts in advance so that our efforts so far do not go in vain and we can successfully fight the epidemic even further. He said that there should be no shortage in the treatment of patients coming from neighboring states.

Gehlot said that America's newly elected President Joe Biden said that he would make it mandatory to apply masks all over the country as soon as he took the oath of office, but Rajasthan is the first state in the country that has started a mass movement program for masks. A law has also been introduced to mandate the use of masks in the state.
